RN Supervisors Needed

Sibley Nursing Personnel Service, Inc. currently has openings for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to manage its home care and nursing operations in the Buffalo and Rochester Offices. These full-time/part-time RN Supervisor positions are a great opportunity for the right individual in our ever-growing company. We offer great pay, excellent benefits and a fantastic work environment. There is a $12,000 sign-on bonus for the FT positions and a $7,000 sign-on bonus for the PT positions.*
 
 
 
The RN Supervisor is responsible for the overall direction and supervision of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, home health aides and ancillary staff in the delivery of direct clinical services to designated Sibley Nursing patients. This responsibility includes participation in the recruitment, training and orientation of new staff in the performance of their duties. This position is responsible for ensuring that quality patient care is delivered in an effective, efficient manner using excellent assessment and patient care skills.

Minimum Qualifications for RN Supervisor:
  • Current NYS RN license, Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) year’s supervisory experience in Home Care.
  • Must have knowledge of licensed agency regulations.
  • Must possess the ability to transmit information clearly and concisely through written and verbal communications.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills; with ability to work efficiently under stress, against deadlines with self-direction.
  • Must possess the ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal working relationships.
  • Must be willing to be flexible and to meet the needs of the department.
  • Must have the ability to perform duties days, evenings, nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical and annual health reassessments as required by NYS Department of Health.
  • Must have the ability to travel.
 
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to use keyboard at a functional level.
