The RN is responsible for the comprehensive delivery of skilled nursing care within the qualifications and scope of his/her license. Care is delivered in accordance with physician orders and under the direct supervision of the RN Supervisor, Community Health Nurse, or Director of Nursing, depending on the area of practice. RN’s are offered opportunities in home care and facility based settings. In addition, we offer opportunities on an hourly basis in private duty, general home care, wound-care visits, patient assessments, health screenings and flu clinic positions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an AAS or diploma in nursing.
• Must possess a valid New York State registered nursing license.
• A minimum of one year facility experience, acute or long term care, and one year home care experience for all nurses interested in home care is preferred.
• Experience in administering medications.
