The RN or LPN will provide services and screenings to health fair participants at assigned worksite wellness clinics within the community. Services and screenings may include, but are not limited to: height and weight, BMI/body composition, blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, lipid profile, and HDL/LDL. They will also provide educational models and other displays at the health fairs and will refer participants to local resources and encourage them to lead healthier lives. Experience in using Accucheck and Cholestech machines is preferred, but not required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an AAS or diploma in nursing.
• Must possess a valid New York State registered nursing license or Practical Nursing license.
• A minimum of one year facility experience, acute or long term care, and one year home care experience for all nurses interested in home care is preferred.
• Experience in administering medications.
