The LPN is responsible for the delivery of nursing care within the qualifications and scope of his/her license. Care is delivered in accordance with physician orders and under the direct supervision of the RN Supervisor, Community Health Nurse, or Director of Nursing, depending on the area of practice. LPN’s are offered opportunities in home care and facility based settings. We also offer hourly based private duty, health screenings and flu clinic positions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
• Must possess a valid New York State licensed practical nursing license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Experience in administering medications.
