Flu shots/clinics

Worksite screening services include blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, lipid profiles and BMI. Services are provided by one or more registered professional nurses or licensed practical nurses.

Clinical nurse specialists (e.g. cardiac care and diabetes), professional nutrition education and Master’s prepared social workers can offer caregiver and stress reduction techniques/training.

CompassionNet has successfully established relationships with community wellness professionals to meet the needs of families. These services could be utilized in group or in individualized follow up, e.g. educational classes for persons with different health risks, support groups, focused literature to advance customer knowledge regarding self-management and self-care.

Sibley is able to prepare customized reports to employers hosting worksite wellness services. With data provided in aggregate form across the workforce, these reports might profile the findings of workforce screenings and health risks and track improvements over time.

Sibley’s current software reporting capabilities pertinent to worksite screenings include attendance at wellness events, by individual, group, employer or office. Weight, blood pressure and lab values can be tracked by the individual, with graphs available at the time of the encounter.
