Q: How do I apply for a job?
A: The quickest way to apply for a position is to apply online. Just complete the brief application form. You'll need to include basic information about yourself along with educational and employment history, and contact information for your professional references. Depending on the position, you may be asked to include professional licensure details.

Q: How do I know if I am qualified for a position?
A: We're looking for exceptional employees to help us provide the absolute best care and support services for our clients, patients and their families. It’s our goal to connect everyone with better care.
In most cases, we select people with some level of experience in the field for which they apply. To view the qualifications for a particular position, please click on the Job Title link next to the job position.
Q: How often are the job postings updated?
A: The list of available positions is updated weekly, so check back often.
Q: How long will my application be kept on file?
A: We maintain applications on file for one year.
Q: How will I know if my application has been received?
A: You will receive an e-mail confirmation when you apply online to let you know that we have received your application.
Once we receive an application, our recruiters work to match the skills and abilities of applicants with current openings. If you meet the qualifications for any position that we have available, your application is sent to our hiring manager for review. The hiring manager will contact you to set up an interview.
Q: What if I want to apply for more than one position?
A: Sibley Nursing accepts only one application per person. If you'd like, you can list multiple positions that interest you on one application. First, you will be considered for the position in which your qualifications best match the needs of our organization. Subsequently, you will be considered for the other positions based upon current needs. |
