Our People
Yvette Tehan, Vice President
Ms. Tehan has been the Vice President of Sibley Nursing since April 2005. Her extensive background in the healthcare industry and excellent connections within our community allow her to effectively manage Sibley, as one of the leading healthcare service agencies in Upstate New York. Her prior professional experience includes Excellus, Inc., where she served as Director of Patient Financial Services; Preferred Care, where she served as Contract Representative; Main Quest Treatment Center, where she served as Director of Admissions, Billing and Operations; and Norrell Health Care, where she served as Billing Manager. Ms. Tehan is a SUNY Brockport graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration and Communications. She resides in the Rochester area community with her husband and three children and enjoys swimming, running and reading.

Kim Houston, Director of Patient Services
Ms. Houston has been Director of Patient Services for Sibley Nursing since April 2006. Her extensive clinical background includes nineteen years as a professional in community health and acute care nursing. Her prior professional experience includes Excellus, Inc. where she served as Director of Admissions and Supervising Community Health Nurse for Genesee Region Home Care/Lifetime Care; and Rochester General Hospital, where over the course of ten years she held a succession of nursing and management positions, specializing in the Ambulatory care setting, Emergency Department, Nursing Administration, and the Surgical Center. Ms. Houston is an Alfred University graduate with a B.S. in Nursing and a minor in Psychology. She resides in the Rochester area community with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling abroad and time spent with family and friends. |
Robin Casper, Director of Sales/Marketing
Mr. Casper joined Sibley Nursing in 2006 with responsibilities for sales/ marketing and negotiating contracts in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, prisons, and County facilities within the service area. Mr. Casper also handles all exclusive accounts and is responsible for Sales and Revenue in all of the Sibley offices. His prior professional experience in the sales and marketing field includes: 4 years as CEO; 3 years as Vice President of global sales; 5 years as Director of Sales and Marketing; and 2 years as a Program Director. Mr. Casper has owned and operated a small marketing/business consulting company since 2003 primarily dealing with not-for-profits. Mr. Casper has an AAS in Business Management and is currently enrolled in an MBA Program. He is a lifelong resident of Skaneateles and enjoys golf, tennis and skiing.

Each person who works for Sibley Nursing must pass these tests and a rigorous multi-part application screening process –

- Corporate personal ethics
- Continuing education in-services for caregivers
All Sibley caregivers are insured and covered by Workers Compensation insurance to protect clients and their families.
