Do you still need your seasonal or H1NI flu shot?

If so, Sibley Nursing's Corporate Office is offering flu clinics this week at our Rochester Office, which is located at 1655 Elmwood Avenue, Suite 100, Rochester, NY 14620. We will primarily be providing seasonal flu shots with no appointment necessary. We do have a very limited supply of H1N1 available by appointment only. Please call 325-3220 to schedule your appointment.

We will be hosting clinics this week, as follows:

• Tuesday, December 29th - 9:00 a.m.-12:00 Noon & 1:00-3:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, December 30th - 9:00 a.m.-12:00 Noon & 1:00-3:00 p.m.
• Thursday, December 31st - 9:00 a.m.-12:00 Noon & 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Sibley will provide a flu shot to individuals three years and older. Sibley Nursing accepts most health insurance. If we do not honor your type of health insurance, or if you do not have any insurance, we can still offer you the flu vaccine for $30.
